Easy way of healthy breakfast.
Lettuce , mozzarella , tomato ,  salted peanuts , bread ( spelt bread) and olive oil .
All ingredients put in the way showed on the picture.

*Usually I would use flavoured olive oil. How to make it? It's actually simple.
Put the olive oil in the pan and warm it up. When it's warm add ....... ( dependable from the taste You want to get : garlic with the skin, chillies, pepper, basil etc. )
